Office Assistant

Job Description

Performs all clerical duties, including, but not limited to, filing, preparing invoices, placing orders, answering calls, collections, Computers Skills, and dispatching

Job Responsibilities:

  • Typing invoices daily
  • Answering phones & e-mails
  • Communicating with technicians and dispatching service calls
  • Daily Filing and sorting mail
  • Collection calls once per week

Job Qualifications

  • ·High School Diploma/GED.
  •  Organized and professional attitude.
  • Must have Excel, Word Processing Exp. and Quickbooks Exp.
  • Basic Math 
  • Must be punctual and dedicated

Job Type:

  • Full-time


  • $18.00 to $20.00 /hour (depending on experience)
