Factory trained mechanics and technicians: All our mechanics have successfully completed vertical baler training courses, and OSHA safety courses, they arrive at your location ready to get you back up and running. Our specialty mechanics have completed training in horizontal baler operation and maintenance and the operation and maintenance of wire tying systems.
Extensive parts inventory: Our extensive inventory consists of over 500,000 parts for many brands and different types of balers and compactors, including motors pumps, starters, cylinders, rams and some obsolete machines.
Specialized tools: Nanoia’s shop is equipped with specialized tools and equipment necessary to maintain the most complex of baling equipment.
Complete machine shop service: We are capable of manufacturing many of the parts that are no longer available. In addition, our machine capability allows us to remanufacture certain components at considerable cost savings.
Moving? Haven’t used your baler in a while? New facility? Let us help you relocate your new or existing machine(s) and demonstrating the proper operation to your employees. Our In-house riggers and millwrights can move and install the largest balers including twin ram machine.
